Pay Scale
Rs. 56,100–1,77,500 (Level 10, 7th CPC) + MSP Rs. 15,500 + Flying/Technical/Field allowances. Fixed stipend Rs. 56,100/- per month during one year training period.

Selection Process
AFCAT candidates appear for online exam, then AFSB testing at Dehradun, Mysuru, Gandhinagar, Varanasi or Guwahati. NCC Special Entry and GATE Score Entry candidates are directly called for AFSB. Final selection after medical examination at AFCME New Delhi or IAM Bengaluru.
